Caserio Garzezuria a family farmhouse dating back to 1733, combines historical charm with modern comforts, providing an ideal setting to be present and to discover the strategies and solutions you’ve been seeking to create more wellness in your body, mind and life.

    This carefully curated program is designed to help you reconnect with yourself and
    enhance your self-care practices. Whether you join us for the entire weekend or
    just a single session, there is something for everyone.

    About the location:

    GARZEZURIA COUNTRY HOUSE is located in the countryside scenery of Bera, province of Navarra, Spain, and 5 km from the French border, in a valley between streams of the Bidasoa River, fields, slopes, and forests, is this idyllic farmhouse. Built-in 1733, it maintains its original wooden structure but with updated interiors with a traditional and classic character. 

               

    LOCATION

    The house is located 30 minutes from Biarritz Airport and 1 and 1/2 from Bilbao Airport. Due to its location, it is close to the beaches of the Cantabrian Sea coast, such as the surf beaches of Hendaye, San Juan de Luz, Biarritz or San Sebastián. At the same distance, you can do multiple outdoor activities and golf courses. The property is located at the base of Mount Larhun, the first in the Pyrenees mountain range.

       

    The farmhouse has vehicle access, picturesque countryside, a garden with pavilion and ample views from the living and dining room. Along with a social room, the farmhouse has 5 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms complete and 2 toilets. There is an option to stay in the hamlet or nearby accomodations.
    Join the retreat for a day, for individual sessions or indulge in the entire weekend..

    Retreat Schedule:

    8:00 AM: Morning Refreshments - Ginger tea, coffee, fresh fruit and green smoothies.

    8:30AM-10:00AM Morning Session
    • 8:30 AM: Guided Meditation – set the intention for the day
    • 8:45 AM: Melt Method#1 – Release your connective tissue/fascia to eliminate pain and restrictions.
    • 9:15 AM: Connect & Move Session 
                        A blend of Yoga, Pilates, and Fundamental movements - accessible to all levels.

    10:00 AM: Breakfast – Coffee, tea, green smoothies, yogurt, toast, fruit & veggies, smoked salmon

    11:00AM -12:30PM Midday Session
    • 11:00 AM: Nature Walk - Connect with nature and your breath with a guided walk (30-45min)
    • 12:00 PM: Informative Workshop
                         Learn about the Pillars of Wellness: Sleep, Nutrition, Mindset/Stress Control, and Movement.

    1:30 PM: Light Lunch - Salads, tortillas, and more. Some quiet time to relax, connect, explore.

    3:00PM -5:00PM Afternoon Session
    • 3:30 PM: Melt Method#2 with Tea break and Homemade Cake
                        Movements for all levels and bodies.  Focus on Mobility, Stability, and body connection.
    • 4:30 PM: Nervous System Reset - Yoga Nidra - Body scan meditation for deep relaxation.

    7:00 PM: Evening Walk, Chat and Dinner


    9:00 PM Sleep Session
                     Experience deceleration to sleep with gentle movements and insights to achieve quality sleep.
