Greetings, I am Dr. Shelly Yogev, MD, MPH, a Wellness Coach with expertise in the Melt Method, Personal Training, Yoga, Pilates, Postural Awareness, and The Foot Collective. After realizing a missing dimension in both my medical education and personal life, I opted out of Western medicine and have spent the last two decades in Mexico embracing a holistic lifestyle. Creating, practicing and learning to live a more balanced, connected, aware. I’ve discovered how to thrive by creating sustainable lifestyle habits rooted in wellness, vitality, and intention. My journey informs everything I share, giving you relatable, practical tools to help you achieve the same. Together, we’ll explore how to optimize your movement, sleep, nutrition, and mindset for lasting vitality.

As a multidisciplinary practitioner, I aim to empower individuals to take control of their health and wellness beyond conventional approaches, by guiding and educating them, not dictating what they should do.
